Used to define a 3D Box to represent a panel layout symbol.

Accessed when you insert a Schematic symbol by ID in a panel layout drawing that doesn't have a Layout Symbol assigned to it.

Use the coordinate fields (Scale X, Scale Y, Scale Z) to define the dimensions of the box to represent the panel layout symbol and click OK. You can then proceed to place the symbol in the drawing.
